This girl “Sarah” is the best she out hustles, out sells, and out works the competition. Herself and Me have know each other since high school and I can honestly say that over all of those years, and several deals later we have never had an issue working together. Sarah helped me buy one of my bigger investments back when I was young and inexperienced. I still remember telling her I wasn’t going to buy the property from here if it didn’t pass the water purification test. she then promptly took a water sample and drove from Popkum to Vancouver only to fail the test…. then she drove back to Popkum helped me get a water filter put on the well, and then the next day she drove another sample into Vancouver. Of course we passed the test 🙂 not many other realtors would have taken on that challenge. Sarah Toop went above and beyond and fully deserves to be the best realtor in the Country, as she is.
